Our service

CM-CIC Conseil deals with French and international mid-cap transactions for public companies, private companies and investment funds. Our expertise enables us to optimise our clients' disposal or acquisition transactions through an appropriate negotiation strategy suited to the company's economic context, and to devise creative solutions and customised financial structures. We support our clients throughout the process, in which our teams are fully involved, with the aim of enabling them to complete their transactions smoothly and in their best interests.

CM-CIC Conseil also developed in partnership with CIC Banque Privée, an offer dedicated to small-cap clients (enterprise value ≤ 7M€). CM-CIC Transactions PME combines M&A expertise, individual support of a private bank and proximity to work with managers of small-cap family-owned businesses who want to turn their business assets into private wealth by selling their companies. CM-CIC Transactions PME has six offices in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, Strasbourg and Nice among CIC's regional banks.
